Restriction SystemThis document attempts to list all of the mechanics and limits of the upgrade or earning of anything regarding what is provided on the OC template.Power Steps and StatsPower steps are the measure of a character's progression through a level, allowing their power level to be stated in precise terms such as FC.0(10/15), or FC.15/74 (excluding the 30 steps within FC.4 level). Power steps are treated as EXP in the Pokémon games and are awarded after quest or battle completions. The maximum to be awarded for a particular event is 3, maybe 4, meaning such an event must be of very large and delicate proportions. With each receipt of 5 power steps, the awardee is additionally entitled to +1 stat point to place where they will.
